The Downtown District Plan was approved by City Council on June 1, 2021.  The main focus of this District is to create a “Downtown” for Post Falls.  Infill development will attract people and spur economic growth, creating an active and vibrant downtown core.  The former Idaho Veneer site, The Post Falls Landings site and the former GW Hunters site  are the three large catalyst developments that will serve as the anchors within this urban renewal district.
